Russell + Anna - Engagement in the Mountains

Russell and Anna helped make one of my dreams come true during their engagement shoot. They, excitedly I might add, drove me up a mountain with them to finish out their session! We started the day at Russell's parent's home in Jonesborough, TN, then moseyed up to Roan Mountain. Anna was even nice enough to give up the front seat when my motion sickness set in(!)...I'm so weak. 

These folks really are two of the most kind and generous people I know. There aren't many couples who are willing to freeze as I put them in awkward poses that eventually lead to the right one...or drive over an hour to the second location for their shoot for that matter. I was even treated to lunch...you get the idea. So excited for this sweet, handsome couple and their 2017 nuptials!!
